The System’s administrator will provide technical support to our end-users and work with other IT staff to diagnose and repair desktops and laptops, monitors, and printers at end-user workstations. Customer support focuses on a Windows server administration (Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, and O365). Able to wear multiple IT hats when it comes to IT troubleshooting and having knowledge of AWS is a plus.

Systems Administrator

Skills/Experiences:

  • 3-5 years’ experience working with Helpdesk systems
  • Active Directory
  • O365 environments
  • knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VOIP, Teams and Windows Server infrastructure and operations.

Education/Certifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Microsoft certification and A+ certification
