Financial Administrative Assistant

Position duties and day to day expectations for the role

  • Administers the onboarding and offboarding procedures for the organization.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedure.
  • Timesheet and Expenses approval and reconciliation.
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
  • Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.


  • People Skills, Detail Oriented, Ethical, Resolving Conflict, Employment Law, Project Management, Office Experience (general, reporting skills, verbal and written communication, administrative writing skills).
  • Expansive knowledge and experience in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Detailed Oriented
  • Deadline Oriented
  • Flexibility
  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial administrative role.


  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
