Senior Hardware Engineer is an experienced professional engineer with 7+ years of experience in high voltage and automotive electronics design. They have detailed knowledge of circuit design for high voltage applications (Batteries, BMS, etc), power supplies, embedded systems design, analogue electronics and digital electronics.
- High power (3-200kW) and/or High Voltage (100-800V):
- Circuit design, simulation, component selection,
- Design analysis, DFMEA, worst case analysis, etc.
- Technical problem solving; Design/Product validation, component, manufacturing, customer issues
- Participate in hardware design reviews throughout the design process
- Participate in engineering quote activities, including architecture definition, circuit design and BOM
- Develop power electronics technology and component usage roadmaps
