Passenger Address Cabin Interphone Controller

This regional jet project required a dual-DSP system for passenger address and interphone communications, coupled with an automated test station to reduce verification time. ALTEN developed hardware with robust thermal and power features, integrated real-time monitoring, and designed a custom test solution that cut test time from 9 hours to 10 minutes. The result was a system that passed all DO-160 qualification tests and delivered improved production efficiency. ALTEN’s solution increased throughput while maintaining compliance and performance integrity.
