Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include:


·         Providing applicable specifications and targets to all stakeholders involved in the manufacturing process.

·        Troubleshooting build issues on the manufacturing floor, such as parts not fitting together or appearance defects caused by poor fits.

·        Conducting statistical analysis using VA software to enhance process efficiency.

·        Improving part location strategies and checking fixture concepts to optimize manufacturing operations.

·        Validating system and component GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) compatibility with the overall vehicle strategy.



·         Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

·        Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T standard and familiarity with engineering drawings.

·        5+ years of manufacturing process experience.



Qualifications -  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. 

·        Strong proficiency in VA software and a solid understanding of basic statistical concepts and process control (Six Sigma).

·        Familiarity with various manufacturing processes, including injection molding, metal stamping, and machining.

·        Knowledge of measurement systems and manufacturing/assembly processes.

·        Proficient in PC tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

·        Strong knowledge of CATIA V5, CATIA V6, and visualization software is preferred.
