Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Integrated in the technical support service of our customer on the site of Mobile the support Engineer will have for main missions:
Implement equipment traceability solutions on the customer site
Provide technical support (e-mail, telephone).
Analyze requests and advise the customer remotely when operating our solutions.
Deploy on-site user solutions: support, setup and training.
Drive software application deployment and updates.
Manage the relationship with customers and/or service providers.
Test applications for safety, reliability, performance.
After-sales customer support
Phone Support (Operation Support, Diagnostic Support).
Contribute to corrective maintenance (diagnosis, error reporting and corrections follow-up).
Ensure scalable system maintenance.
You will be working with the following:
Business Engineers/Industrial Project Manager, providing customer business expertise.
Architects/IT manager, guaranteeing the quality of the deliverables and driving transversal/product developments.
An R&D team, who will take care of the deliverables needed for the project (among others).
Education/Experience
IT: 2 years (Required)
Bachelor’s degree or experience in IT
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
Able to support the customer in handling solutions by providing technical expertise.
Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS)
Strong interpersonal, service and teamwork skills are imperative.
Technical curiosity and autonomy.
Ability to communicate, pedagogy.
Desired skills
Operational in both written and oral French.
Knowledge of collaborative work software, virtualized environments.
Knowledge of RFID technology.
Knowledge of SAP.
Additional Information:
List of tasks
Project management skills (But not directly the project manager).
Teach the technicians on the Marking of the RFID tools.
Preparation of tools for the MI (Intelligent Mousse).
Creation of import file with Excel/Sheets.
Import the file into the web server.
Create the layout for the tools in the trolley.
Test and validate the layout.
Do the outline of the tools with a pencil and add the CMS (Internal product number) for the machining of the mousse.
Integrate the mousse into the trolley and do a final validation of the layout.
Teach the Aerospace training team on how to use the trolleys.
DIY tasks on the trolleys and computers.
Daily tasks
Meetings with different teams for the implementation
Meeting between FAL LAB (maintenance team who are doing the tagging) and the tool shop (Weekly).
Weekly between Aerospace and our customer.
Point quality and production (Weekly).
For the IT side they would need a basic to intermediate understanding of Windows 10. There is no scripting involved but a plus would be to understand Log files to identify errors and problems. Linux is used backend, but it is not necessary for them to understand it but again it would be a plus.
Activity: Marking and RFID Layout including:
Tool logistics (validation of upstream customer prerequisites)
RFID marking (chip installation, chip protection, RFID validation, BDD registration) of tools distributed among .
Installation of 100 servants (validation of the positioning of the tools by the customer + RFID/MI perf validation + creation of plans for foam cutting)
Referencing of data, procedures and monitoring of progress (weekly reporting)
