Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator provides support to the Human Resources department. This includes administrative duties, as well as strategic input on a variety of different HR related subjects.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  

  • Management may modify, change or add to the duties of this description at any time without notice. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
  • Respond to employee inquires and escalate higher level inquires to the appropriate team members.
  • Potential Chair / co-chair of the Internship Program.
  • Assist in issuing offer letters to candidates.
  • Prepare presentations for town halls and content for company newsletters.
  • Assist with planning the monthly Health & Wellness events.
  • Potentially sit on the JEDI committee (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion). 
  • Attend webinars and provide updates on legal compliance.
  • Conduct monthly reports for anniversaries and employee rewards.
  • Conduct monthly audits of benefit enrollments and invoices.
  • Coordinate with others to plan company events, including the Summer Event, Birthday celebrations, and other holiday celebrations and competitions.
  • Receive mail for the HR department and process accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborative in-office setting, where most work is conducted in community work areas. Private spaces are available when necessary.
  • This position may have the option to work a hybrid schedule, including 1-2 remote days a week.
  • 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
 
Education/Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 year of professional experience is required.
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources Management.
 
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. 
  • Ability to read, write, speak, analyze and interpret all forms of communication and business correspondence, primarily in English.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, groups of managers, and customers.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints with confidentiality.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Outlook).
  • Experience in HRIS systems, preferred.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to work at a desk on a computer, for prolonged periods of time.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
 
Desired skills:
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources Management.
  • APHR preferred.
 
Salary Range: $18-21/hour
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
 
Location:  Westminster, CO (Hybrid 1-2 days remote each week)
