Automotive Engineer-Design and Release:
Will work in a collaborative work environment with local and global team members. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Act as lead Design & Release and program single point of contact for Climate Control Module. Evaluate PDLs to determine content and market variations. Lead SOW/RFQ package completion. Interface with Design studio on concepts, engineering feasibility and Class A surface development. Interface with PMT's and support program deliverables. (Integrator, ASAP, AVBOM, VSEM, FIP). Lead program specific FMA. Vehicle build support (BOM validation, Breadboards, NMPDC, DCV and as needed). Manage engineering changes. DCR, ED&T, CNE-DF approval, AVBOM CMF, WERS, Change Control.
Requirements: Masters’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Systems Engineering with six (6) months experience. 40 hr/wk, $81,203/yr.
