Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- You will be in charge of performance management on a production line / assembly line.
- Analyze the performance of one or more production or assembly entities.
- Deploy industrial performance standards.
- Identify the causes of non-performance and operations with low added value.
- Define and manage improvement action plans.
- Communicate on the evolution of performance.
Education/Experience
- Higher education Bac +5, graduate of an engineering school or technical university.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
- Hands-on experience in industrial/manufacturing environment, ideally in the aeronautics sector.
- You have notions of quality and good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, flow management, and timing.
- You know SAP, CATIA V5, MTM, or another time analysis tool.
- You have a good command of English both orally and in writing (drafting of documents).
Salary Range: $80k – 110k
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
