Role:
As Project Manager you are responsible for planning, reporting, and following up a project in accordance with an approved project management plan. You will manage different projects on a cross-functional level in a global organization. Feels comfortable taking initiative and working independently although at the same time available to share your experience with your fellow colleagues. With a proactive and flexible attitude and the ability to build, develop and grow professional business relationships with your stakeholders, you will secure the success of the projects that you are managing as well as the success of our organization. Being professional in every aspect comes natural for you. You will be working on several small projects all running at the same time.
Required competences:
• Documented Senior Project Management experience in complex and global environments
• Documented leadership with the emphasis on the ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams
• Strong planning skills
• Have strong communication and negotiation skills and do not fear some administration tasks
• Change Management skills
• Have capacity to execute against set targets and a “can do” attitude
• Customer business knowledge - build, develop, and grow any business relationship
• Good interest in process- and overall business development improvements
• A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus
• Experience managing software development and agile development
• Experience managing infrastructure and service operation a plus
• You have a university degree in computer science or similar experience.
