Experience/Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing process planning in the aeronautical sector.
- At least 5 years’ Experience in Catia V5
- Experience in Airbus methodology ia added advantage.
- Experience in Catia 3Dx is added advantage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Analysis of 2D drawings /3D (DMU: Digital Mock Up) and feedback given to Design Office (tolerancing, geometry, key characteristics, torque values), feasibility analysis and give technical proposals if necessary, Involvement in multi-functional team (MFT) meetings concerning risks analysis.
- Knowledge of PFMEA process Check and validation of drawings and associated bill of materials (BOM).
- Technical perimeter structure assembly, Components assembly, cabin, Elementary parts .
- Knowledge of metallic and composite structures Creation and/or modification of routings (assembly routings and/or manufacturing routings depending of the environment).
- Management of associated tasks in the IT system (SAP, Catia V5,3DX, etc...)
- Creation and/or modification of tooling request Creation and/or modification of repair routings following nonconformities, design query notes etc....
- Responsible of a routing portfolio and associated configuration management Digital Mock Up (3D DMU) knowledge necessary for simulations
