HELP WANTED

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER – SUPPLY CHAIN:  Working directly with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics and Finance departments to analyze procurement needs; Analyzing new vendors for L3/L5 vehicles and developing new purchasing strategies; Procuring parts/goods required for various projects within the company; Working/Following up directly with suppliers for Quotes and Open order requirements; Responsible for incoming requisitions, develop, and execute purchasing strategies, and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues with Purchase Orders; Working with suppliers for PCB/PCBA purchasing and procurement of shortage components for the build through international channels whenever required; Working with TPMs/Senior Engineers for alternate parts to escalate procurement of shortages with long lead times; Managing the overall Procure-to-pay processes and approving Invoices for purchases; Resolving JIRA tickets for Procurement and Strategic Partnerships; Responsible for data Monitoring/Uploading of purchase orders into Fishbowl for inventory forecast; Onboarding new suppliers into Zoox formal purchasing systems.
