SENIOR MANAGER - BUSINESS: Managing a portfolio of projects and clients coast to coast: Responsible for growing the Electrical, Connected & Autonomous vehicle Division across the US (Cybersecurity, ADAS, Software development, Embedded software, IT Infrastructure, Connectivity / Telematics); Responsible for growing the Division Gross Margin/Revenue and managing the Profit & Loss. Collecting speed numbers and weekly reports, career management/advancement, leading the growth strategy from a business and recruitment perspectives, running weekly team meetings and one on one meetings; Attending weekly leadership meetings with the Vice-President, Senior Directors and Managers; review, Project performance review, salary increase, bonus allocation, paid-off holidays...); Participating in Business Strategy meetings with the Board and Executive Directors; Responsible for defining and implementing the Business development and Recruitment strategy among my division : Benchmarking, extending offers to the candidates for full-time positions, negotiating and approving the compensation package/benefits; Closing deals to support clients with consulting contracts and preparing bid in request for proposal with the support of the Technical Division; Accountable for delivering in-house (Greensboro) and on-site projects in terms of time, cost, quality and safety; Attending the monthly salary increase committee.
Requirements: Master’s Degree in Project Management & Business Development with six (6) months experience. 40 hr/wk, $82,243/yr.
