Primary Task Responsibilities:

• Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment and engage with all stakeholders/ Subject Matter Experts respectfully. Ability to demonstrate trustworthiness and strong work ethics to work in a site where the direct manager is not located.
• The Services to be provided by the IM Business Analyst include all relevant tasks and activities which are necessary to accomplish the expected objectives of any Product Delivery or Project Management:
• Be the primary interface between the IM organization and business stakeholders
• Capture and challenge high level business requirements and scope in the Project Initiation Form
• Be an active Actor of Domain and Project teams, supporting Project Managers to deliver in Time, Quality and Cost.
• Elicit and capture detailed business requirements including scope and objectives to populate the Business
• Requirements Document (BRD), Specification documents and process flow documents needed to develop the required applications
• Be a Scrum master and manage all activities with the developers
• Translate and simplify requirements through the requirements gathering process by performing requirements analysis to document true business needs
• Assist the business stakeholders by providing inputs and guidance into Business Case development
• Ensure continued alignment of the business requirements, business case, and solution throughout the Project Delivery process
• Ensure the right understanding of Business stakes and needs by providing high-level Functional Architecture diagrams (process flows Actors interactions, Objects/Data flows, interfaces…).
• Contribute to Project Planning to identify/remediate any gaps between as-is Functional Architecture and Solution definition/operation needs.
• Contribute to all activities related to the deployment and training of a new application, including setting up tablets, building training and support model related documents.
• Actively participate in the design/development sessions and act as an interface between business and the developers
• Propose added-value solutions based on latest innovative technologies to extend Aerospace client Standards referential.
• Contribute to IM skills and knowledge ramp-up proposing Awareness, Training, Demonstrations; POCS…visit on any interesting new concepts or Technologies.
• Contribute to the development of best practices in requirements management for IM Product Development

Required Skills:

• Very good knowledge in business models and Information Systems
• Very good knowledge of IT technologies and Concepts
• Proven experience in Solution Design, Development and Deployment
• Proven experience in business analysis and functional design
• Proven experience in business case development
• Proven experience as a scrum master
• Must have a deep understanding of one or more of following Business domains: Engineering, Manufacturing, Customers Services, Finance, HR , Legal …etc
• Ability to detect errors in analysis, design and development
• Ability to use modeling techniques to document and confirm functional requirements.
• Ability to employ validation and verification methods to ensure correctness of business requirements.
• Ability to write clear, concise, consistent and complete requirements.
• Soft skills – presentation, synthesis, interpersonal skills
• Technical skills in Requirements Development Framework and tooling, GSuite, Visio, Project Management
• Experience with digital solutions and collaboration tools for remote teams
