Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: Kent, WA (On-site)

  • Assist with maintenance and repair operations (MRO)
  • Help track rate loading across each site, track labor hour estimates, and help define the process floor for each stage of the project
  • Create documentation and work instructions for production of Assemblies
    • Define proper work methods for tasks
    • Define appropriate processes for work flow activities
    • Define key production measures
    • Define goals and data capture/analysis for key measures
    • Perform root cause analysis for key measures
  • Facilitate and lead process improvement
  • Work with Outsource Manufacturers to ensure product quality, delivery, and cost is maintained
    • Manage and resolve issues with incoming material through the receiving process
  • Audit defined processes and procedures to ensure that they are being followed



  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.), from a technical college or university in an Engineering or Technical Management field and 3+ years of experience working in the field of Industrial Engineering.



  • 3+ years of industrial engineering experience
  • Experience working in a production-heavy environment with production set-up expertise
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels of an organization
  • Strong organizational skills and motivational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems and make logical decisions
