ALTEN Technology has been deeply involved in a major electric vehicle development program for a client, encompassing fully electric pickup, lifestyle, and delivery vehicles. Our team provided comprehensive engineering support for the exterior system, guiding it from early concept and design – including developing the front and rear bumper/grill, front-end module, and fenders – through to production. This extensive work involved detailed packaging, assembly sequence, and serviceability studies, along with DVP and DFMEA development, and on-site support for part industrialization and implementation at the plant.
