The project involved a comprehensive review of control plan technical data to pinpoint and rectify discrepancies and missing information. ALTEN Technology’s systematic approach included creating detailed communication sheets to facilitate updates to routings and stages of involvement, rigorously following up with design offices and other departments to ensure information validity. This meticulous process resulted in the successful validation of all control plan technical data, confirmation of updated information accuracy from various departments, and the ultimate technical approval for the release of these critical documents. The initiative leveraged a suite of essential tools and technologies, including SAP modules (Pac, Pda, Pea, Pam), IBM tools (Tasky, Gilda), Airina, DocMaster, Normaster, and Airnav.
