ALTEN Technology provided comprehensive engineering support for the development of next-generation data collection hardware and software, specifically designed for UAV applications. The team implemented an adapted Agile product development process, meticulously collecting and decomposing technical requirements to devise novel solutions with client collaboration. This effort resulted in the establishment of new Agile hardware and software development processes, the successful design, integration, and field deployment of ruggedized data collection hardware, and the creation of an intuitive user interface to streamline data collection setup and results ingress. Key technologies leveraged during the project included Confluence, Jira, Python, and CATIA.
