The client required assistance in managing events and tasks to meet business targets, alongside conducting effective and qualitative investigations. ALTEN Technology’s engagement focused on providing coordination and expertise to the operational team’s quality tasks, particularly within their Deviation Team. This encompassed supporting the management of various quality tasks, developing and adapting necessary help tools, accurately entering mandatory information into SAP, and organizing thorough root cause investigations and impact analyses for deviations. Furthermore, ALTEN Technology meticulously tracked quality tasks, including CAPAs and deviations, to ensure all deadlines were met. The added value delivered by ALTEN Technology included guaranteeing quality system performance, maintaining high reactivity in task tracking, and supporting continuous improvement in quality task management. This ongoing service contract, based in Wavre, Belgium, began in October 2022 and involves a dedicated team of 40 FTEs, leveraging key tools like SAP, Techshare, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
