Serving as a long-term engineering partner since 2016, ALTEN Technology has been integral to an autonomous vehicle start-up’s development of a bidirectional Level 5 autonomous EV. This extensive project involves ALTEN Technology’s 14-engineer team providing both on-site and remote support, encompassing comprehensive design and development across the vehicle’s interior, exterior, electrical architecture, mechatronics, and thermal systems. Specific contributions include the creation of seating systems, trim components, sensor integration, detailed packaging studies, harness design, advanced thermal management solutions for critical components like the powertrain and AI compute stack, and structural analysis, ensuring a complete and cutting-edge autonomous vehicle.
